The works comprise the construction of new residential access roads of various widths
with approximately 4,570 meters. Work includes earthworks, ductwork, asphalt
paving work, paving block installation for footpaths, stormwater drainage work, road
markings and signs installation, street lighting work, sewerage/sanitary work and
landscaping work as per the Common Municipality Services Directorate.
